We acknowledge that our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Treaty 7 region, which includes the Blackfoot Confederacy composed of the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai Nations, along with the Tsuut'ina Nation and the Stoney Nakoda Nations known as the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney. We also recognize the Métis Nation of Alberta Region 3 and the many Indigenous peoples who make their home in Calgary.
